Brian Irvine – Founder
In late 1988, Brian took a bold leap of faith and ventured out to create his own business, initially named Brian Irvine Agencies, which later evolved into Caprice Party and Paper Products and then Caprice Paper Products as it is today.
From very humble beginnings and despite facing numerous challenges, Brian’s unwavering determination and hard work fuelled the company’s growth. He invested in manufacturing equipment and expanded the product line to include partyware, toilet rolls and much more.
With the unwavering support of his family and dedicated employees, Caprice continued to grow, eventually relocating to a larger site in Kilsyth, VIC and establishing a national presence.
In 2007, Brian retired, and David took over as Managing Director with Danielle and Kate working alongside to achieve continued growth of the business.
Brian was proud of his family with their commitment in keeping his legacy going. This continues today with both his granddaughters also being involved.
Thanks to Brian’s vision and hard work Caprice has evolved to the successful business it is today, for which so many people are grateful and proud. Brian will forever be admired for his vision of Caprice.
David Irvine – Managing Director
David has been many things at Caprice over the years, account manager, machine operator and almost everything in between. But that’s the best way to know and run a company, understand and be invested in every role.
Since becoming Managing Director in 2007, David has continued to evolve the business adding new products and brands to the range to suit the market requirements, this includes Duro and Platinum.
David’s vision, experience and faith in his team has led Caprice to new markets and expanded our reach Australia wide. David is proud of what his father achieved and what the Caprice team continue to do every day.
